This two-level home is perfectly situated to maximize the views of Point Lobos and is just a few steps to Monastery Beach — famous for diving and pounding ocean swell.
March 1996 Monterey County Register of Historic Resources designated the Whalers Cottage as a “Historic Resource”.
Hardwood floors, fireplace and large glass panels blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy over 1,400 square feet of indoor living. For family reunions, combine with the Abalone Cottage and Sea Otter Cottage to have total privacy with separate living arrangements for up to 14 guests.

A) 60 days or more – 100% refund
B) 31 to 59 days – 50% refund
